Right click (Windows) or control click (Mac) on any of the links on the downloads page and choose "save file to disk," or the equivalent option, and save the file to the desired location on your computer.

Some of the templates have stock graphics. If you choose not to use the stock graphics in your design delete them and/or note prominently on your Purchase Order that you do not want the stock graphics.
