I am sending you a quick note to let you know how much I enjoy working with the staff at Samco.  I feel like I know the two Brenda’s personally, and would love to make a trip up there to meet them.  They always respond quickly to my requests for quotes or product information, and keep me updated on orders after they are submitted.  Recently I had an order that required some “special handling” in respect to the shipping requirements.  I was a little on edge because this particular client can be quite difficult at times.  However, Christy followed up after the order had shipped to let me know that all of the requirements had been fulfilled. 

Regarding products, when my customers ask for pencils, I immediately go to Samco for the EPC.  You can’t beat it for color selection and price.
